Spanish Style Fried Rice
Spanish Style Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 8 oz. chicken or beef broth, 1 garlic clove, minced, 2 tbsp. chopped onion and 1 tbsp. cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
On medium heat, cook sausage in a large skillet until cooked, breaking it up fine.
Add rice, garlic, onion and spices, stirring constantly, allowing rice to get color from sausage and spices. Lower heat; add broth and water.
Add all other ingredients; cover and simmer 25 minutes.
Check to see if water has evaporated and add more water, if necessary.
Cook until rice is fluffy.
Mix before serving.
