Made with 1/4 c. flour, 2 lb. round steak, cut in 6 serving size pieces, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up and 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can dark red kidney beans, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Pound flour into meat.
In large skillet, brown meat in hot oil.
Drain off excess fat.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steak.
Cover and simmer 45 to 50 minutes or until meat is tender.
