Spanish Spaghetti
Spanish Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. chili powder, 1 tbsp. salt and pepper, 2 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes and 3 c. cooked spaghetti, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onion until lightly browned.
Stir in chili powder, salt and pepper.
Add tomatoes.
Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring often.
Layer spaghetti and cheese in casserole, saving 1/2 cup cheese.
Pour sauce over top and sprinkle olives over sauce.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese melts.
