Spanish Spaghetti
Spanish Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. oil, 1 c. diced onions, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1 lb. ground beef and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oil; add onions and green peppers.
Cook until soft.
Add ground beef, salt, black pepper and chili pepper.
Cook until browned.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and 4 cups tomatoes and 1 teaspoon sugar.
Cook together 15 minutes on medium heat.
Break spaghetti into pieces and cook according to directions on package. Do not overcook.
Drain and add to sauce mix and put into casserole.
Put into oven at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
