Spanish Shrimp
Spanish Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. catsup, 2 qt. soup stock, bread crumbs, buttered (as needed) and 1/2 c. cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt butter.
Add flour and seasoning and blend.
Add soup stock and cream.
Cook until thick and add catsup.
Add shrimp last.
Pour into buttered baking dish and cover with buttered crumbs.
Bake in a hot oven (425Β°) for 15 minutes.
Makes 40 servings.
