Spanish Sangria
Spanish Sangria is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. gallo dry vermouth, 1/2 c. sugar or more, 1 lemon, thinly sliced, 1 orange, halved lengthwise and sliced and 1 qt. dry red table wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Fruit slices in 1/2 gallon pitcher.
Add sugar and vermouth, then stir with wooden spoon, mashing fruit slightly. Add wine and marinate up to 1 hour.
Fill pitcher with ice cubes; stir.
Well chilled, serve.
Spoon in pitcher to catch fruit slices.
