Spanish Rice Supper
Spanish Rice Supper is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium onions, chopped, 1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 lb. ground chuck beef and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a skillet, cook onions and pepper in butter about 3 minutes, until soft.
Add beef and cook until lightly browned. Stir in tomato soup, water, vinegar, salt, basil and oregano, blending well.
Stir in the cooked rice and pimento.
Put in 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
