Spanish Rice
Spanish Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. red pepper, 1/4 c. green pepper, 1 c. long grain rice, 1/4 c. onion and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a medium to large skillet, heat butter and add onions, red pepper and green pepper.
Cook until slightly tender.
Add rice; mix together.
Lower heat and add water.
Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
When done, add chili powder, mix and serve.
