Spanish Rice
Spanish Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 1/2 c. water and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook and stir rice and onion in oil in a 10-inch skillet until rice is golden brown and onion is tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat, cover and simmer about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender.
