Spanish Rice
Spanish Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 2 c. uncooked instant rice, 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) tomatoes with liquid, cut up, 1 c. boiling water and 2 beef bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
Add rice and stir until browned.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
