Made with 15 oz. extra lean ground beef or ground turkey, 1 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 1/2 c. diced green pepper, 3 c. stewed tomatoes (undrained) and 1 c. uncooked brown rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook ground meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
Drain on paper towel.
Return to skillet; add remaining ingredients and simmer 40 to 45 minutes or until rice is cooked.
