Spanish Rice
Spanish Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. oil, 1 c. long grain rice, 1/8 c. onion slices, 1 garlic clove, minced and 1/2 tsp. ground cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook rice, oil, onion and garlic over medium heat in large skillet until rice is browned.
Add remaining spices, tomato sauce, water and vegetables.
Cook over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes until water is absorbed.
Reduce to low and cover last 5 minutes for fluffy rice.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
