Heat 2 tablespoons butter margarine in skillet. Saute 1 chopped onion, 1/4 cup green pepper and 1/4 cup celery for 5 minutes.

Pepper.

Boiling point. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.

Add 1/3 cup grated sharp cheese and serve.
