Spanish Omelet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. minced green pepper, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce and dash of cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In medium skillet cook and stir green pepper and onion in butter over low heat until onion is tender.
Stir in tomato sauce, sugar and seasoning.
Simmer 10 minutes, until sauce is thickened. Fills approximately 2; 3 egg omelets.
