Spanish Fudge
Spanish Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large electric skillet, set at 280Β°, combine sugar, butter, cinnamon, salt and milk.
Bring to a boil; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Turn heat off and add remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended.
Pour into 8-inch buttered pan.
Cool before cutting.
Makes 2 pounds.
