Spanish Cocoa Cake
Spanish Cocoa Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 4 tbsp. cocoa, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. baking soda and 1/3 c. shortening or oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
Cream shortening or oil with sugar until fluffy; add eggs and vanilla and beat thoroughly.
Add dry ingredients and milk alternately in small amounts.
After each addition mix well.
Pour into greased pan and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
