Spanish Chicken
Spanish Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. chicken, cut up, salt, pepper and paprika to taste, garlic salt, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste and 1 jar stuffed olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Season washed and cut up chicken with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt.
Place in crock-pot.
Mix tomato paste and water together and pour over chicken.
Add olives.
Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours.
Serve over rice or noodles.
