Spanish Chicken
Spanish Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole chicken, boiled, 1 tbsp. bell pepper, 1 tbsp. onion, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Debone the chicken.
Cook the bell pepper and the onion together until tender.
Mix the cooked onion and bell pepper with the chicken and celery soups.
Lightly line the bottom of the casserole dish with the soup-onion mixture, then add a layer of Doritos and chicken.
Alternate these layers until all the mixtures are gone.
Add the Cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
