Spanish Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium whole fryer, 3/4 can milk (soup can), 2 jalapeño peppers, chopped, 1 medium bag nacho doritos and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil fryer until done and debone into bite size pieces ahead of time.
Combine soup, milk, cheese and peppers into a mixture. Layer a casserole dish with Doritos, chicken, then sauce; repeat.
Top with Doritos. Bake
350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
