Spanish Bar Cake
Spanish Bar Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can apple pie filling, 4 large eggs, 1 tsp. apple pie spice powder, 1 (18 oz.) box yellow cake mix and 1 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Put apple pie mix into blender with eggs, apple pie spice and cloves.
Blend until smooth.
Dump into 2-quart mixing bowl and beat in cake mix with electric mixer on medium speed, blending thoroughly.
Remove beaters.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 50 to 55 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
Frost.
