Spanish Amanda
Spanish Amanda is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 pork chops, 1 can whole tomatoes, 6 tbsp. regular rice, 1 bell pepper and 1 large onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Fry or bake pork chops, then spread them in a long casserole dish.
Put 1 slice of onion on each chop, then 1 whole tomato and a slice of bell pepper.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of rice on each chop. Pour juice from can of tomatoes over each chop.
Season to taste. Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
Makes a complete meal!!
