Spaghetti Stew
Spaghetti Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. each: v-8, italian sauce, water, 1 can each: hunt's fresh tomatoes, tomato soup, 1 lb. + ground beef, 1 stalk celery and 1 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place beef in crock-pot and brown on high for 1 hour. Break up meat. Add Italian sauce, water, chopped celery, chopped onions, tomatoes, soup and V-8.
Cook spaghetti; drain and add.
Cook on high for 1 hour, then on low for 2+ hours. To serve, top with grated Cheddar cheese.
