Spaghetti Squash Alfredo
Spaghetti Squash Alfredo is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked spaghetti squash, 3 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. heavy cream, 1 clove garlic, crushed and 1/4 c. grated or shredded parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Stab squash several times (to keep it from exploding) and put it in your microwave on High for 12 to 15 minutes.
Then slice it open and scoop out and discard the seeds.
Now take a fork and start scraping at the "meat" of the squash.
Simply stir in everything else.
Stir until the butter is melted and serve.
