Spaghetti Squash
Spaghetti Squash is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium spaghetti squash, 1/4 c. romano cheese, grated and butter, salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bring enough water to cover whole (unpeeled) squash to a boil.
Boil squash 20-30 minutes until easily pierced with a fork.
Remove squash from water and let sit until cool enough to handle.
Cut squash lengthwise and scoop or scrape out seeds.
Using a fork, scrape out strands of squash.
Place squash in a well-greased casserole and dot with butter.
Add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle top with Romano.
Before serving, heat squash about 12-15 minutes at 325 degrees.
Stir before serving.
