Spaghetti Sauce
Spaghetti Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 stalks chopped celery, 2 onions, 3 green peppers, chopped, 4 or 5 lb. ground beef and 2 qt. tomatoes (canned), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown ground beef and drain.
Simmer celery, pepper and onions and add to beef.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, bay leaves, basil and oregano and garlic cloves.
Bring to a boil and add salt and pepper to taste.
May use garlic, onion and celery salt, if desired.
Add a little red pepper and cook slowly for about 6 hours.
