Spaghetti Sauce
Spaghetti Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. chopped onions, 1 tsp. garlic salt, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes or 4 c. fresh tomatoes, cut up and 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute the onions and garlic salt in the salad oil in a large Dutch oven pan until clear.
Add the rest of the ingredients; bring to a boil and then turn to simmer and simmer for 1 hour or more until of desired consistency.
Use as any recipe requests for spaghetti sauce.
Makes about 6 pints.
