Spaghetti Sauce
Spaghetti Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef, 2 large green peppers, chopped, 2 large onions, chopped, 2 cloves garlic and 2 cans tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown ground beef in frying pan until well separated. Transfer to 3-quart saucepan.
Cook onion, pepper and garlic cloves in same frying pan.
Add to ground beef in saucepan.
Add salt and pepper to ground beef.
Add soup (undiluted) and cook over low heat several hours, stirring occasionally.
Add mushrooms just before serving.
Serve over thin spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese.
