Spaghetti Sauce
Spaghetti Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 lb. ground beef and 1 (20 oz.) can tomato juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat the butter.
Cook the onion and garlic.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in the tomato juice, tomato paste, Sugar Twin, salt, pepper and basil.
Cook, uncovered, over low heat, about 1 hour.
Stir occasionally.
Makes 1 1/2 quarts. One-half cup serving contains 157 calories.
Great for diabetics.
