Spaghetti Sauce
Spaghetti Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground beef, 3 cloves garlic, finely cut, 1 1/2 c. chopped onion, 3 qt. canned tomatoes and 3 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic.
Put tomatoes through sieve.
Add all ingredients and cook about 30 minutes.
Ladle into jars to within 1 inch of top.
Put on cap.
Screw band firmly tight.
Yields 6 pints.
Process: pints 75 minutes, quarts 90 minutes.
