Spaghetti Sauce
Spaghetti Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. chopped onion, 1/4 tsp. minced garlic, dried, 3 tbsp. salad oil, 1 qt. canned tomatoes with juice and 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook onion in oil until tender.
Remove from oil.
In a large pot, onions and the rest of the ingredients to simmer. Cook for about 30 minutes. You may add more water if you desire a thinner sauce. This may be used as is, or you may
1 pound fried hamburger or sausage. One small can mushrooms may also be added, if desired. Serve over spaghetti noodles.
