Spaghetti Salad
Spaghetti Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cooked spaghetti or vermicelli, 1 (8 oz.) bottle wish-bone italian dressing, 1/4 c. red wine, 1 tsp. garlic powder and 1 chopped bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cook the spaghetti or vermicelli in salted water until almost done (6 to 8 minutes).
Blanch in cold water; drain.
Add the Italian dressing and red wine.
Add the garlic powder; chop and add bell pepper, tomatoes and onion.
Season to taste with Salad Supreme (will need quite a bit).
Marinate in refrigerator at least 2 to 3 hours.
Better if allowed to stand overnight.
