Spaghetti Salad
Spaghetti Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti (twisted bite size), 1/2 c. lettuce, shredded, 1 small onion, chopped, 3 slices cooked ham, chopped and 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook spaghetti according to package; drain and rinse with cold water.
Set aside.
Combine lettuce, onion, ham, Cheddar cheese, pickles, green peppers, radishes, celery and carrots.
Mix well. Stir in spaghetti, then combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper.
Pour over spaghetti and toss to coat. Serve on lettuce if desired.
