Spaghetti Pizza
Spaghetti Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. thin spaghetti, cooked, drained, broken, 1 egg, beaten, 1/4 c. milk, 3 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese and dash garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix cooked spaghetti, egg, milk, garlic powder and 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese. Spread into a 9 x 13 pan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.
Brown the hamburger and drain the fat.
Add spaghetti sauce and oregano.
Simmer a little.
Spread over the spaghetti.
Put slices of pepperoni all over the top.
Spread with remaining 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 350° until bubbly.
Variation
After you pour the spaghetti sauce mix over the spaghetti, you may freeze the dish and use later. When you pull it out of the freezer, top with pepperoni and cheese and bake.
