Spaghetti Pizza
Spaghetti Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. spaghetti, 1/2 c. milk, 2 eggs, 1 c. grated mozzarella cheese and garlic salt or powder to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Break spaghetti in 3-inch pieces.
Cook and drain.
To this, add 1/2 cup milk, eggs, grated Mozzarella cheese and garlic salt or powder to taste.
Stir thoroughly.
Place in greased jelly roll pan and bake for 10 minutes at 400°.
Remove and reduce heat to 350°. Place your sauce and any other ingredient you like (pepperoni, peppers, mushrooms, etc.) and then cover with 3 cups grated Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Cool slightly; cut into squares.
Eat with a fork.
