Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. thin spaghetti, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese, 2 well beaten eggs and 1/2 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook spaghetti; drain; while hot, mix with margarine, Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Mix well.
Spread and press in 10-inch pie pan, well buttered.
Cook crumbled beef until browned.
Spread cottage or Ricotta cheese over crust.
Spoon meat mixture on top of spaghetti crust.
Cover with sauce.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes in 350Β° oven.
Cover with Mozzarella and bake for 5 minutes more. Let stand for 5 minutes; cut in wedges, then eat and enjoy.
