Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. spaghetti, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp. butter and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Break spaghetti in half; cook in boiling water until done. Drain while warm.
Combine eggs and Parmesan with spaghetti.
Pour into greased pie plate and pat mixture up and around sides with a spoon.
Melt butter.
Add onion; saute until limp.
Stir in sour cream with onion and spoon over spaghetti "shell."
Brown sausage and beef in skillet; drain off fat.
Add tomato paste and water; simmer for 10 minutes.
Spoon meat over sour cream mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
