Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 oz. spaghetti, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/3 c. grated parmesan, 2 well beaten eggs and 1 can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Spaghetti; drain.
Margarine into hot spaghetti. Stir
Parmesan and eggs.
Form spaghetti mixture into a "crust" in a buttered pie plate.
In a skillet, brown ground beef, onion and green pepper.
Drain excess fat and add tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar and garlic salt.
Heat and cook until bubbly. Spread cottage cheese over the crust.
Spread meat over the cottage cheese.
Top with Mozzarella. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
