Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. spaghetti, 1/2 c. butter, 1 can parmesan cheese, 3 eggs and 2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook spaghetti.
Drain. Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and already beaten eggs.
Cut through mixture with knife and fork for bite size pieces.
(Or you can break spaghetti before cooking.) Form into 1 bowl-type crust in 2 buttered, 10-inch pie pans.
Let cool.
