Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef (93% lean), 26 oz. newman's own marinara sauce, 1 lb. spaghetti noodles, 2 tbsp. light margarine and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown ground beef; drain and add marinara sauce.
Cook spaghetti; drain and return to pot.
Whisk eggs in a small bowl; add spaghetti.
Divide noodles among two 9 x 13 inch dishes sprayed with Pam.
Spread half carton of cottage cheese on top of each pie.
Divide meat sauce equally and spread on cottage cheese layer (I use my hands to spread cottage cheese and meat sauce.) Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°. Sprinkle mozzarella (or Vege Shreds) on each pie.
Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Yield: 2 pies, 6 servings in each pie.
