Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. spaghetti, 12 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded, 1 stick margarine, 1 1/2 lb. hamburger and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook spaghetti; drain and rinse with warm water.

Put spaghetti in a bowl and put 1/2 pound shredded Mozzarella cheese on top.

Melt margarine; pour on top of Mozzarella cheese and spaghetti.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Stir and mix well. Brown hamburger and chopped onion; drain well.

Stir in can of spaghetti sauce until mixed well with hamburger mixture.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with margarine.

Layer 1/2 spaghetti mixture, Ricotta cheese and spaghetti sauce.

Repeat layer and top with remaining 4 ounces of Mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
