Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cooked spaghetti, 2 large eggs (3 medium), 1 c. milk, 6 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese and 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix the cooked spaghetti with beaten eggs, milk and grated cheese.
Press into a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over entire pan.
Top with spaghetti sauce. Bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
If using a glass pan, lower heat to 325° and cook 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
This recipe can be cut in half.
Bake in a 10-inch round pie pan; makes 4 to 5 servings.
