Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. spaghetti, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, divided and 1 c. spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook and drain spaghetti; put it back in the pot.
Add butter, eggs and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Place in buttered pie dish. Spread with spaghetti sauce.
Spread on Ricotta cheese.
Sprinkle on Mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
This freezes well.
