Cook spaghetti according to directions; drain.

Stir butter (or margarine) into hot spaghetti.

Stir in eggs and Parmesan. Form spaghetti mixture into a "crust" in a buttered 10-inch pie plate.

Spread cottage cheese over "crust".

In a skillet cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until vegetables and meat are tender and meat is slightly browned.

Drain well.

Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt; heat through.

Turn meat mixture into crust.

Bake uncovered in350Β° oven for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle Mozzarella atop and return to oven until cheese melts.
