Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 oz. spaghetti, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, 2 well beaten eggs and 1 lb. ground beef or pork sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook spaghetti and drain.
Stir butter, Parmesan cheese and egg into hot spaghetti.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350°.
Cook and drain beef.
Add onion and pepper.
Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.
Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti "crust".
Top with tomato mixture, then Mozzarella cheese.
Cook at 350° for 45 minutes.
