Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 12 oz. spaghetti, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. parmesan cheese, 3 eggs, well beaten and 2 1/2 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook spaghetti al dente.
Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs; mix well.
Form into crust in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan and one 9-inch pan.
Cook beef and onions; drain fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar, water and seasonings.
Heat thoroughly.
Spread sour cream on crusts.
Fill pies with meat sauce.
Cover with Mozzarella.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
May be frozen.
