Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, well beaten and 1 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook spaghetti.
Drain.
Add butter, cheese and eggs to hot spaghetti.
Form mixture into "crust" in 10-inch pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over crust.
Brown ground beef with onion in skillet and drain fat.
Stir in spaghetti sauce.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Spread sauce over cottage cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
Return to oven for 5 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
