Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 jar ragu sauce, 1 oz. pkg. spaghetti, 2 eggs, beaten, 4 tbsp. margarine and 1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onion and pepper in 2 tablespoons margarine.
Add beef and mix well.
Set aside.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain well.
Add margarine, Parmesan cheese and eggs. Pour spaghetti into long cake pan or 2 pie pans, forming "crust". Spread Mozzarella cheese over crust, leaving 1/2-inch of spaghetti showing around the edge.
Pour meat mixture over cheese and bake at 325Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Sprinkle Mozzarella over pie and return to oven until cheese melts.
