Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. spaghetti, 2 tsp. butter, 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, beaten and 1 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook and drain the spaghetti.
Add the butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Mix and put into a 10-inch shell pan.
Cover with the cottage cheese.
Cook and drain the grease from the ground beef. Add the onion.
Purée the tomatoes with the sugar, oregano and garlic salt.
Mix the ground beef and onion with the tomato mixture and pour onto the cottage cheese.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, uncovered.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes or until melted.
