Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. spaghetti, 2/3 c. parmesan cheese, 4 eggs, 2 c. mozzarella cheese and 1 tbsp. italian seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook and drain spaghetti; add Parmesan cheese, eggs, seasoning and herbs.
Press together into 3 greased 9-inch pie pans.
Add Mozzarella cheese.
Grease foil and cover pans.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes.
Cut pies into 8 slices.
Top with favorite tomato sauce.
Serves 8 to 10 people.
Makes 3 pies.
