Spaghetti Pie
Spaghetti Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground beef, 2 c. spaghetti sauce, 3 c. water, 8 oz. spaghetti and 1 lb. ricotta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown beef in a large pot.
Drain fat.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.
Bring to a boil.
Add spaghetti.
Cover and cook on medium heat until tender (about 20 to 30 minutes), stirring occasionally.
In a bowl, mix Ricotta, eggs, parsley, salt, oregano and garlic powder.
Scoop half of spaghetti into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Top with Ricotta cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Put rest of spaghetti mix on top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
After baking, let stand for 5 minutes.
